Revd Tobie Osmond - Chair

Tobie was born and grew up in the county of Somerset. He went to school in Bristol and then university in Plymouth before going to theological college in Oxford and being ordained in 1999.  Tobie served two posts in the Diocese (Taunton then Bath) before spending 6 years in the Diocese of Toronto, Canada.  He returned to be vicar of St Thomas Wells along with three Mendip Villages and is now Vicar of Taunton Minster (St Mary Magdalene).  He has served as a governor in both VA and community schools, as well as for the Diocesan Board of Education and Somerset County Council’s Scrutiny Committee for Children and Families.  He has been involved in many schools here in Taunton, either taking collective worship or helping with Religious Education syllabuses.

Tobie is married to Suse (also a vicar), with three teenage children, three dogs (Cockapoo, two Labs) and likes cricket (SCC), Rugby (Bath/England), reading, movies, ale or gin, and rides a motorbike rather than having a car.

Lisa Eadie - Headteacher

I am the current Headteacher at Holy Trinity Primary School and started in post in April 2023.

I previously served as the Head of a small village primary school in North Devon for six years which was situated in a rural community with mixed year classes and an on site nursery.  During my time in post in North Devon I collaborated with our local schools and secured a management partnership with Team Academy Trust which the school hopes to formally join in September this year.  I value joint working with other local schools and thereby increasing opportunities for children to learn collaboratively.

I am passionate about the role of the school within its local community and ensuring that all children receive a high quality education by encouraging good attendance and developing good behaviour for learning skills.

In my spare time I love walking my collie Luna.

Sophie Cowdell

After studying in Manchester then Plymouth and a period working in Cheltenham, I moved back to Taunton in 2007 where I grew up. I am a self-employed facilitator, supporting communities with complex social issues. I have spent 20 years working in community development in the charity and private sectors, and am passionate about the power of a community and what can be achieved when confidence increases. I have a keen interest in inclusion and accessibility in its widest sense and look forward to supporting Holy Trinity share the opportunities and benefits of learning with all its pupils and families.

Hannah Prickett

I'm a paediatric nurse with 15 years experience working in hospitals in London and in the community setting. For the past 5 years I have worked within the Child Looked After team, specialising in the Adoption arena. I have a passion for enabling children to achieve their potential by supporting them and their families in understanding the impact their mental and physical health can impact upon their learning and wellbeing.

I have two children, myself at Holy Trinity, who adore the school and staff at Holy Trinity.
